We want our customers to be very happy with their purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your choice of style, color, length, or texture – or simply changed your mind – you have the option of returning the hairpiece/wig for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee or exchange of the hairpiece/wig within 15 days with the following conditions:

1. The hairpiece/wig must be unworn and unaltered (i.e. not cut dyed, adjusted, or otherwise manipulated in any way. Top Secret Haircessory, Inc. shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig/hairpiece has been manipulated and whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

2. The hairpiece/wig must be returned in its original condition, including the original invoice, tags, and any accessories included with the purchase (as a courtesy of Top Secret Haircessory) together with the hairpiece/wig.

3. Hairpieces/wigs that have been specially customized for a customer are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Customer shall be responsible for return shipping charges.

We ship our orders via FedEx to the address you provide.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Always make sure you have included ALL the information (street address, apt # or unit #, etc.) necessary for delivery of your package. FedEx charges a service fee for address corrections.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED: Due to the value of the products we ship all packages are insured and with a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT at the time of delivery. FedEx will usually make three attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice by your door of their attempts to deliver, as well as information for you to contact them and arrange redelivery or pick up at a FedEx location. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary.

If a package is returned to us, it may be reshipped to the customer at an additional cost. If the package is returned and the customer does not authorize reshipment, they will be billed for the shipping and a 20% restocking fee (minimum $10.00) will be charged. No refunds will be issued on refused or abandoned shipments.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION: For the cardholder’s protection, we reserve the right to send first time orders to the credit card billing address. You must always have billing address that correctly matches the credit card used in purchase.

FIRST TIME BUYERS: If the billing and shipping address is different for your first time order you must e-mail a *legible copy of your photo ID as well as the front and back side of your credit card, covering the credit card numbers with the exception of the last 4 digits. SHIPPING: Items are shipped Monday through Friday only. Any orders placed after 2pm (PST) will be shipped out on the following business day. Items ordered online during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not usually have Saturday delivery, but may be available by request and with an additional fee. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
