RETURN POLICY 

WIGS AND HAIRPIECES

We want our customers to be very happy with their purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your choice of style, color, length, or texture – or simply changed your mind – you have the option of returning the hairpiece/wig for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee or exchange of the hairpiece/wig within 15 days with the exception of sale items, which DO NOT qualify for REFUND OR EXCHANGE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
For the refund to be made you need to meet the following requirements:

1. The hairpiece/wig must be unworn and unaltered (i.e. not cut dyed, adjusted, or otherwise manipulated in any way. Top Secret Haircessory, Inc. shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig/hairpiece has been manipulated and whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

2. The hairpiece/wig must be returned in its original condition, including the original invoice, tags, and any accessories included with the purchase (as a courtesy of Top Secret Haircessory) together with the hairpiece/wig.

3. Hairpieces/wigs that have been specially customized for a customer are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Customer shall be responsible for return shipping charges.

ACCESSORIES

1. Accessories must be returned in their original condition together with the original packaging and invoice/packing slip.

2. Customer shall be responsible for return shipping charges.
